UCI’s Capital Internship Program is a unit of the Division of Undergraduate Education under the Office of the Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning.

We offer two dynamic academic internship programs which enable UCI undergraduate students from ALL majors to pursue internships while earning UC credit and maintaining their financial aid eligibility.  The UC Washington, D.C. (UCDC) academic internship program, located in Washington, D.C., is offered in fall, winter, and spring quarters.  The UC Center Sacramento (UCCS) academic internship program, located in Sacramento, is offered in summer, fall, winter, or spring quarters.

UCI students looking for a non-academic, full-time internship experience during the summer (only) should refer to the UCDC Summer Internship Program or the SIP Summer Internship Program , which are both offered through the Division of Career Pathways.
